EMA
Overview

EMA Partners is a Merger & Acquisition firm, specializing in the Hemp, Cannabis, and broader Life Science Industries. EMA has developed a highly structured and repeatable approach to building, developing, and expanding organizations to support the direction and/or facilitation of reaching a liquidity event (ie. M&A / IPO). EMA’s foundation has been built from and off direct work alongside the leading System Integrators and consulting firms (IBM, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, Optum, Capgemini) while compounding the Venture Capitalist and public markets focus around capital expenditure, capital financing, and commercial growth strategies.

The founding partners of EMA come from extensive experience in the Venture Capitalist, Private Equity, and Consulting Arenas. While continually launching & developing wholly owned subsidiaries within the forementioned verticals, EMA has developed a vast portfolio of M&A clients that range in activity and specialty. All EMA engagements maintain a firm hands-on management approach to expanding, preparing and oftentimes facilitating the exit liquidity event.

Although a tailored research attention is applied based on each vertical segment, SMB and Fortune 100 companies alike must constantly apply incremental and transformative innovation in order to push and not be pushed by their markets curves of competitive disruption. Furthermore, all levels of innovation must always tie back to an organizations driving blood: sales. While the EMA team works lean, a pivotal differentiation and focus is immediate EMA resource deployment directed toward generating new top-line revenue and bottom-line profit whilst furthering commercial growth strategies.

EMA Audit & Deployment Process

A System Integrator Approach; Macro Executives Deploying a Mirco Strategy

Gap Assessment & Audit Report

EMA conducts a gap assessment to audit 3 primary areas: Exit strategy, infrastructure gaps, and execution risk.

Program Implementation

EMAs Go Forward Strategy is rolled out in a Departmental Deployment Strategy. Always focused on Cost Savings & Revenue Generation out the gate, the necessary infrastructure and strategic partnerships are equally important in deployment speed.

Profit & Loss Audit Report

EMA conducts P&L audit to quickly target revenue optimization, strategic cost cutting, and overlay associations to their gap assessment.

Sales & Analysis

EMA on a go forward basis will develop the sales engine (primary & secondary) while providing extensive market & performance analysis reporting.

Program & Strategy Design

EMA’s audits & analyst reports allow for a micro Go Forward Strategy Plan to be developed. Its design focuses largely on Exit Pathways that then construct the infrastructure, P&L, and gaps that need filling in order to get to the end goal.

Capital Financing & M&A

As infrastructure is implemented and Strategic Development continues, EMA will switch its core focus to acquisition of capital financing for M&A targeting.
